There has been mention of an incident at the new county jail where a prisoner managed to damage an overhead sprinkler to the extent that it allowed water to get into the booking area. You will find this story on KSFY TV website for one.
Cameron was quoted as saying he had been told a prisoner threw a shoe and another, unnamed source was quoted as saying the prisoner had used their hands to do the damage.
Commissioner Hull was overheard to have said that he knew this would happen, that he didn't want that type sprinkler system installed in the first place....never mind that this breakaway system was designed especially for jails and recommended by Pierre.
My questions would be: Why did the prisoner have access to shoes in a cell and just who is this anonymous, unnamed "source"?

talking about jail. Does anyone know what gary holybull got sentenced. and what his actual crime was. I havent read anything in the paper about it. Is there something to hide and that's why nobody's talking about it.
Thats not surprising Hull has never wanted what is best for the jail. And of course he thinks he knows all. Forseeable??? How often does it happen? Checked with other countys with jails, they have the same kind and never had this happen. What I can't beleieve when we toured jail there are no floor drains thru the building. Who designed this any way? They wouldn't have had such a mess if they would of had some.
Harley never prints news just stories on his family and friends. We were hoping his son would be different. You can call the clerk of courts and find out. They keep the records.
not sure where how holybull figures into this, but I'm pretty sure it was some kind of child molsetation charge, and it was a federal charge so the county clerk of courts will not have the record
You are right. If he was federal his court would have been in Aberdeen,Pierre or some Federal court house not here. Thanks for the info.
how does the courier have anything to do with it? there are rules, do you really think they can just print anything?
They can print any crime after an arrest. They can print a court date. They can print the out come. They son't print any thing untill its 6 months old.

Why is Hull being do nice? I'm sure the other shoe will drop. He's not fooling any of us!!!!!! I do beleive Dawn means it but its to late, she was a member of "the group" to long. Be sure Kay and Croymens still are in the Hull,Horton,Narvatia group.And don't forget Archer!!!!!! We see what goes on up here!!!!
Another incident. Commissioners went into executive session last tues. but it wasnt about personel as they said but visitation hours at the jail. Now why isnt that open???? Hulls running his mouth again in public. If that cant prove it was personel a complaint will be filed as there are a few of us who heard what Hull said. Sick of things being hid from us taxpayers.
Yes they said it was a personel problem. After checking with heads of Departments that are reponsable for visiting hrs at the jail no complaint has been directed to them. As Sheriff is Jail Administrators boss and Attorney General is Sheriffs and no complaints I would bet they(commissioners)are trying to hide something. I say file your complaint about the open meeting laws. We told you Hull would screw up very soon. The lady that goes to the meetings is very up on those laws contact her as i'm sure you know who she is after what Hull,Kay,Dawn and Groymans put her thru.
