Another "must read" editorial by Chuck in the Sota. What is Horton up to this time?? After being told by Larry Long and then handed printed material about the Sheriff's office and jail he continues to do his very best to get control.Maybe he should run for State office and re-write all those laws concerning both and then he just might be able to run the Sheriff's office and the jail himself. Too bad the CC's didn't appoint him sheriff when Gary G. resigned. LOL LOL Just can't believe the people of his district support him and his actions.
What a idiot. Does he not know Sheriff Owen is highly liked and respected by Sheriffs acdoss SD? After all the amingos have put him thru they all stand behind him. As do all law enforcement thats worth their badge.
Dartman, there are many of us in his district that do not support him and his stupidity!!!!!

Well i'm thinking Watertown or Aberdeen as they both have their own jails or maybe Britton. It wouldnt matter they are all good Sheriffs and back Sheriff Owen. Horton will never learn he is to arrogant and a know it all that don't know anything.
